CHICKEN DUM BIRYANI

Required Ingredients:
- Boiled Chicken
- Basmati Rice
- Mint leaf (Pudina)
- Coriander Leaves
- Oil
- Green Chillies
- Fried Onions
- Sajeera
- Elaichi
- Lavaga
- Cinnamon (Dalchini)
- Biryani leaf
- Red Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Turmeric Powder
- Food Colour
- Curd
- Garam Masala
Preparation Process:
- Take the chicken bowl and add Ginger Garlic Paste, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Lavage, Elaichi, Green Chillies, Biryani Leaves, Salt, Turmeric, Fried Onions, Garam Masala, Curd and oil.
- Mix all the ingredients well with the Chicken.
- Take the Basmati Rice and add Sajeera, Cinnamon, elaichi, lavanga, oil, biryani leaves, mint leaves, water and mix well.
- Now place the rice bowl on the stove and let the rice cook.
- Now take a pan and place it on the stove.
- Add oil to the pan and add marinated chicken mix well and cover it with a lid.
- Add some water on top of the lid.
- After 15 min removes the lid and mix.
- Add Coriander and mint in the Chicken Curry.
- Now add Half-Cooked Rice on the top of chicken curry
- Add Coriander, Mint Leaves and Fried Onions
- Add the food colour by mixing it with water or milk.
- Now cook the whole biryani for 20min
- Add weight on the lid for mixing curry and rice
- Now remove the lid after 20min
- Chicken Dum Biryani is Ready to Serve it Hot.
