MASALA MAGGIE

INGREDIENTS
- Maggie
- Oil
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped onions
- Chopped carrots
- Salt
- Garlic paste
- Tomato sauce
- Soya sauce
- Vinegar
PREPARATION PROCESS
- Put a pan on the stove and add water to it.
- Now add Maggie into the pan and let the Maggie cook on medium flame.
- Now drain the Maggie.
- Now take a pan and add oil to it let the oil heat slightly then add chopped onions and mix them well.
- Now add garlic paste and mix then add turmeric and mix.
- Now add chopped carrots and mix and add salt to taste and mix well.
- Now add chopped tomatoes.
- Add little red chili powder and mix.
- Now add vinegar, dark soya sauce and tomato sauce and mix well.
- Now add Maggie masala and mix well.
- Now add water and mix.
- Now add coriander for flavor and mix.
- Now add cooked Maggie into the pan and mix well and let it cook.
- Garnish with coriander and masala Maggie is ready to serve hot.
