BAGARA RICE
Vasantha Vantalu | Homemade Telugu Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- Rice
- Biryani leaf
- Cloves
- Sajeera
- Elaichi
- Chopped onions
- Green chillies
- Garlic paste
- Mint leaves
- Salt
- Oil
PREPARATION PROCESS:
- Put a pan on stove and add oil to it and heat the oil
- Now add biryani leaf, cloves, sajeera, green chillies and onions and mix.
- Now add mint leaves and mix well then add garlic paste to it and mix well.
- Now add the required amount of water and add salt to it and mix and cover it with a lid and let it boil in medium flame.
- Now remove the lid and add the washed rice and give it a good mix and cover it with a lid.
- Keep giving a mix one-two times while the rice gets cooked.
- Now the rice is cooked and now u can add food colour on the top and your Bagara rice is ready to serve.
- Serve hot and enjoy!!!!!
